Someone recently asked me,

“Drew why don’t you have a television in your house?”

and I told them

Television is not for our entertainment in the way that a mousetrap is not to feed mice.

Sure, a mousetrap contains food
and, yea, television can be very entertaining

But a mousetrap’s purpose is not to feed mice.
